Harry Potter - nessuna scadenza
PROMPT
1)
Hard times is here and everywhere you go
Times are harder than ever been before
You know that people, they are are driftin' from door to door
But you can't find no heaven, I don't care where they go
Skip James - Hard time killin' floor blues
2)
He left me on the day that I turned twenty-one
For years now I've been on my own
And I'm scared that if I change or if I leave my house too long
I won't be there when he decides to come home
Tina Dickow - Friend in a bar
3)
Now I've been out in the desert, just doin' my time
Searchin' through the dust, lookin' for a sign
If there's a light up ahead, well brother I don't know
But I got this fever burnin' in my soul
Further on up the road
One sunny mornin' we'll rise I know
And I'll meet you further on up the road
Johnny Cash - Further on up the road
4)
Well, you may throw your rock and hide your hand
Workin' in the dark against your fellow man
But as sure as God made black and white
What's down in the dark will be brought to the light
Johnny Cash - God's gonna cut you down
5)
Someone told me long ago
There's a calm before the storm
I know it's been comin' for some time
When it's over so they say
It'll rain a sunny day
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Have you ever seen the rain?
6)
Suppose I were to tell you that the meaning of dreams
Is not all that it seems and the ultimate truth is a lie
Alan Parson Project - I am a mirror
7)
And oh, when I'm old and wise
Bitter words mean little to me
Autumn winds will blow right through me
And someday, in the mist of time
When they asked me if I knew you
I'd smile and say you were a friend of mine
Alan Parson Project - Old and Wise
8)
October twenty nine, we’ve lost so much time, I don’t know the year
I know you’re growing old, I know you’re cold, ‘cause I am near
Once upon a time, our love followed a paradigm
Now it's all brand new, yet it’s old and it’s cold, and it’s true
Mean Mary - Cold
9)
She could taste in the wind the salt of the sea
And his eyes were as blue and his manners as free
Sentiva nel vento il sale del mare
E i suoi occhi erano altrettanto azzurri e i suoi modi altrettanto liberi
Mean Mary - Death and the Maiden
10)
I was not myself last night, couldn't set things right
With apologies or flowers
Out of place as a crying clown, who could only frown
And the play went down for hours
William Finley - Faust
11)
Well, you told me one time that you'd be somebody
That you weren't workin' just to survive
But you're workin' so hard
That you don't even know you're alive
Workin' so hard to be somebody special
Not working just to survive
Well, you're special to me, babe
Be', per me sei speciale
Jessica Harper - Special to me
12)
Half asleep I hear a voice
Is it only in my mind?
Or is it someone calling me, someone I failed and left behind?
To work it out I let them in
All the good guys and the bad guys that I've been
All the devils that disturbed me and the angels that defeated them somehow
Come together in me now
Adesso si fondono in me
Paul Williams - Phantom's Theme (Beauty and the Beast)
13)
I used to think that the day would never come
I'd see delight in the shade of the morning sun
My morning sun is the drug that brings me near
To the childhood I lost, replaced by fear
New Order - True Faith
14)
And what it all comes down to
Is that everything's gonna be fine, fine, fine
'Cause I've got one hand in my pocket
And the other one is giving a high five
Alanis Morissette - Hand in my pocket
15)
Thank you terror
Thank you disillusionment
Thank you frailty
Thank you consequence
Thank you, thank you silence
How 'bout me not blaming you for everything?
How 'bout me enjoying the moment for once?
How 'bout how good it feels to finally forgive you?
How 'bout grieving it all one at a time?
Grazie, terrore
Grazie, disillusione
Grazie, fragilità
Grazie, conseguenza
Grazie, grazie, silenzio
Alanis Morissette - Thank you
16)
Yes, I received your letter yesterday, about the time the doorknob broke
When you asked me how I was doing, was that some kind of joke?
All these people that you mention, yes, I know them, they're quite lame
I had to rearrange their faces and give them all another name
Right now I can't read too good, don't send me no more letters, no
Not unless you mail them from Desolation Row
Bob Dylan - Desolation Row
17)
I'll strip the world that you must live in
of all its godforsaken greed
I'll ply the tar out of your feathers
I'll pluck the thorns out of your feet
R.E.M. - Be Mine
18)
I suffer the dreams of a world gone mad
I like it like that and I know it
I know it well, ugly and sweet
Soffro i sogni di un mondo impazzito
Mi piace così com'è e lo so
Lo conosco bene, brutto e dolce
R.E.M. - Leave
19)
Dude, I totally miss you
I really fucking miss you
I'm all alone
All the time, all the time
Totally miss the honesty
And special times, and honestly
I totally miss the fucked up thing ya do
Amico, proprio mi manchi
Davvero, mi manchi un casino
Sono tutto solo
Tutto il tempo, tutto il tempo
Mi manca proprio l'onestà
E i momenti speciali, e onestamente
Mi mancano proprio le stronzate che fai
Tenacious D - Dude (I totally miss you)
20)
My mother, my mother
She hold me, she hold me
When I was out there
My father, my father
He liked me, oh, he liked me
Does anyone care?
Understand what I've become
It wasn't my design
And people everywhere think something
Better than I am
Mia madre, mia madre
Mi teneva, mi teneva
Quand'ero là fuori
Mio padre, mio padre
Gli piacevo, oh, gli piacevo
A qualcuno importa?
Capisci che ciò che sono diventato
Non era nei miei piani
E la gente, ovunque, pensa qualcosa
Di meglio di ciò che sono
The Cranberries - Ode to my family
21)
I have decided to leave you forever
I have decided to start things from here
Thunder and lightning won't change what I'm feelin'
And the daffodils look lovely today
E i narcisi sembrano adorabili oggi
The Cranberries - Daffodil lament
22)
Suddenly something has happened to me
As I was having my cup of tea
Suddenly I was feeling depressed
I was utterly and totally stressed
All'improvviso mi è successo qualcosa
All'improvviso mi sono sentita depressa
Ero completamente e totalmente stressata
The Cranberries - Animal instinct
23)
And if somebody hurts you, I wanna fight
But my hands been broken, one too many times
So I'll use my voice, I'll be so fucking rude
Words they always win, but I know I'll lose
Tom Odell - Another Love
24)
Take me out tonight
Because I want to see people and I
Want to see life
Driving in your car
Oh, please, don't drop me home
Because it's not my home, it's their
Home, and I'm welcome no more
Portami fuori stasera
Perché voglio vedere gente e
Voglio vedere vita
Guidando nella tua macchina
Oh, ti prego, non mollarmi a casa
Perché non è la mia casa, è la loro
Casa, e non sono più il benvenuto
The Smiths - There Is A Light That Never Goes Out
