Universal Champion Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar
As if the long-awaited mega rematch between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 33 wasn’t already big enough, the stakes have been heightened following Goldberg’s triumph at WWE Fastlane.
Now, The Beast Incarnate is out for not only redemption on Sunday, April 2, but also Goldberg’s newly won Universal Championship.
Despite his world-beater bona fides, The Conqueror has never defeated his decorated opponent. Indeed, Goldberg has had Lesnar’s number since the first time they locked horns, at WrestleMania XX. After more than a decade away from WWE, Goldberg returned last fall and destroyed Lesnar in shocking fashion at Survivor Series, thrashing The Conqueror in one minute and 26 seconds.
Lesnar’s advocate, Paul Heyman, chalked up the loss to The Beast taking Goldberg too lightly and nothing more. Yet at Royal Rumble, Goldberg enjoyed the upper hand again, eliminating Lesnar from the event’s eponymous 30-Superstar brawl.
No one else has thrived against Lesnar the way Goldberg has. Lesnar, a four-time WWE Champion, has carved out a career of destruction. Among his many accomplishments since returning to WWE in 2012, Lesnar ended The Undertaker’s once unbreakable WrestleMania Streak, demolished John Cena and bludgeoned Randy Orton to the point of referee stoppage.
Goldberg, however, has proven to be an unbeatable foe, so far.
Will Lesnar’s luck change when he battles Goldberg for Raw’s top championship, at WWE’s biggest event of the year, no less? Or can Goldberg further cement his incredible legacy, putting an exclamation point on his career with another victory against The Beast?

WWE Champion Bray Wyatt vs. Randy Orton
At WrestleMania 33, WWE Champion Bray Wyatt will collide with his former “blood brother” and Wyatt Family follower Randy Orton with the title on the line.
Wyatt and Orton first waged war in fall 2016, playing mind games and exchanging fisticuffs in equal measure. However, after weeks of conflict, The Viper shockingly pledged his allegiance to The Eater of Worlds shortly following No Mercy 2016.
The two formed an unholy bond and achieved great success as a new-look Wyatt Family, with Orton winning the 2017 Royal Rumble Match and Wyatt claiming the ultimate prize, the WWE Championship, at Elimination Chamber.
The Apex Predator then declared that he would not face The Reaper of Souls for the title at WrestleMania as long as Wyatt was the master and he was the servant. However, that statement proved to simply be part of a larger plan, as The New Face of Fear would soon find out.
After Wyatt granted him the keys to the kingdom, Orton burned the infamous Wyatt Family Compound, and the soul of Sister Abigail, to the ground. This unbelievable act absolutely terrorized Wyatt, and when the brazen Orton defeated AJ Styles to reclaim his place as No. 1 Contender the following week, it became clear that Orton’s master plan was taking shape.
Will The Eater of World’s furious rage be too much for Orton to handle? Or, will The Viper’s attempt at retribution become all the sweeter by defeating Wyatt for his most prized possession at The Ultimate Thrill Ride?

The Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns
Only one Superstar can run the yard in WWE, and at The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania 33, the world will find out whether that distinction belongs to The Undertaker or Roman Reigns.
The showdown between The Phenom and The Big Dog, now confirmed for Sunday, April 2, brings into conflict the most dominant force in WrestleMania history and arguably the most powerful competitor in recent memory.
The Undertaker has been WWE’s unofficial gatekeeper, enforcer and overseer for more than a quarter-century, regardless of his championship status at any given time. However, after Reigns ousted The Deadman from January’s Royal Rumble Match and then told the imposing legend that WWE is now his yard on the March 6 edition of Raw, it became clear that The Undertaker took issue with Reigns’ emboldened outlook. The evidence came in the form of a ring-shaking chokeslam that nearly put The Big Dog through the canvas.
Reigns has achieved a stunning number of accolades in WWE at a breakneck pace, but defeating The Undertaker at The Show of Shows would launch him into WrestleMania infamy and solidify his status as “The Guy.” Over the course of his 24 WrestleMania appearances, The Deadman has lost only once, against Brock Lesnar in 2014, and as the WWE Universe knows all too well, The Undertaker takes on an almost supernatural power when competing at The Showcase of the Immortals.
Can Reigns usurp WWE’s Phenom at WrestleMania, or will The Undertaker prove he is still the biggest dog in the yard? Find out when The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania 33, streams live on WWE Network Sunday, April 2, at a special start time of 7 ET/4 PT.
John Cena & Nikki Bella vs. The Miz & Maryse
We’re a culture obsessed with power couples: Jay-Z & Beyoncé, J-Lo & A-Rod, JT & Jessica Biel.
So, when John Cena & Nikki Bella square off against The Miz & Maryse at WrestleMania 33, we will not only be seeing two couples of this variety collide, but also witnessing a knockdown, drag-out, awesome (no pun) melee with a ton of personal pride on the line for both sides, as they attempt to find out who SmackDown LIVE’s “it” couple truly is.
For years, Cena & Nikki did not acknowledge their relationship within WWE arenas. Total Divas or Total Bellas was one thing, SmackDown LIVE was another. However, after two-time Divas Champion Maryse brutally assaulted Nikki with a lead pipe, and Miz and Cena eliminated each other from the WWE Championship No. 1 Contender’s Battle Royal, the rules suddenly changed.
With these two conflicts merging, all four Superstars began to rip one another to shreds on the microphone. The Cenation Leader was a guest on “Miz TV” — the perfect time and place to badmouth The A-Lister. Miz followed with an appearance on Talking Smack, which proved to be an excellent opportunity for him to tell the WWE Universe why he believed Cena is a “robot” whose relationship is manufactured for the benefit of reality TV cameras. Fearless Nikki told Maryse to keep her hands off her man; Maryse retorted by calling Nikki Bella a fraud.
In between the smack-talk and these tumultuous physical exchanges, a massive WrestleMania match has been made. Can Cena & Nikki shut up Miz & Maryse once and for all? Or, will The Miz repeat his performance from WrestleMania XXVII, where he retained the WWE Championship over Cena, and push him and his bride to victory?

Seth Rollins vs. Triple H (Non-Sanctioned Match)
The student vs. the teacher. The Man vs. The Game. The creation vs. the creator. And not a rule in sight. Seth Rollins will finally battle Triple H at WrestleMania 33 in a Non-Sanctioned Match, streaming live this Sunday, April 2, on the award-winning WWE Network.
This particular Road to WrestleMania has been a long and winding one that began in 2014 when The Game poached Rollins from The Shield, fracturing the legendary faction and installing The Architect as the crown jewel of Triple H’s Authority. Under The King of Kings’ tutelage (and with a lot of his help), Rollins became Mr. Money in the Bank and parlayed the contract into a historic cash-in at WrestleMania 31, leading to a WWE Title run that placed him firmly in the upper echelon of sports-entertainment and even went so far as to net him the Superstar of the Year Slammy Award in 2015.
Of course, Rollins infamously blew out his knee and was forced to vacate the title, only returning after the dissolution of The Authority. The Game was less than pleased with how his now-solo former protégé failed to follow up on his earlier successes — Rollins won and lost the WWE Title in a span of two minutes, and fell short of the Universal Championship — so he cast Rollins aside, opting to write him off as a sunk cost and back the likes of Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe instead.
Only Rollins wasn’t so content to stay sunken. The Architect made it his personal mission to ruin what Triple H was now trying to create, targeting Owens repeatedly and trying to coax Triple H out of the shadows by taunting his wife, Stephanie McMahon, now the Commissioner of Raw. When Triple H did re-emerge, it was only to sic Samoa Joe on Rollins, re-injuring his knee and rendering him less than 100 percent.
Sensing he had Rollins right where he wanted him, The Game only agreed to battle his former student if the bout was a Non-Sanctioned Match and Rollins signed a Hold Harmless Agreement preventing him from taking legal action if, and when, Triple H injured him further. Rollins revealed that he wanted to defeat Triple H to reclaim the identity he forged before he ever sided with The King of Kings.
And now, this road reaches its inevitable conclusion when “The Man” meets his maker in a confrontation only one will escape. Tune in to see which Superstar stands tall at WrestleMania, streaming live this Sunday, April 2, on WWE Network, at a special start time of 7 ET/4 PT
Shane McMahon vs. AJ Styles
AJ Styles got what he wanted — a big-time match at The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania 33. But after resorting to extreme tactics, he may be in for a fight he’s not expecting.
Over the course of a wild week, The Phenomenal One went from having no WrestleMania match, to having no job, to having a WrestleMania match against the man in charge of SmackDown LIVE, Shane McMahon.
Fueled by his belief that management was working against him, Styles ambushed the Commissioner of Team Blue in a parking garage on the March 14 edition of SmackDown LIVE, viciously slamming his head through a car window. SmackDown LIVE General Manager Daniel Bryan fired Styles, but that didn’t deter McMahon from limping his way into the arena to demand a showdown with his assailant.
Whether Styles’ claims of upper management not supporting him are true (for the record, Bryan says McMahon was a consistent advocate of Styles as The Road to WrestleMania was being paved), The Phenomenal One is intent on taking out his anger. To hear the newly reinstated Styles explain it, unleashing a WrestleMania beatdown on the Commissioner is something he is very much looking forward to.
McMahon, however, is not one to be underestimated. Though not an in-ring competitor by trade, Shane-O-Mac is notoriously courageous any time he steps through the ropes. Factor in his now-undisguised contempt for Styles, and The Prodigal Son is ready to go all out at WrestleMania. That was obvious on the March 21 edition of SmackDown Live when McMahon flew through the air and elbow dropped Styles through the announce desk.
Will AJ Styles dish out pain against the Commissioner at WrestleMania? Or can Shane McMahon make the elite Superstar pay for crossing the line? Don’t miss this crucial match when The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania, streams live Sunday, April 2, at 7 ET/4 PT, on the award-winning WWE Network.
Raw Women’s Champion Bayley vs. Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax (Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match)
Bayley’s run as Raw Women’s Champion has been a dream come true, but she’ll have to deny her best friend, her most ardent foe and an unstoppable force at WrestleMania to prevent a rude awakening.
The beloved Raw Women’s Champion will defend her title against Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, and Nia Jax in a Fatal 4-Way Match at WrestleMania 33 that began to take shape as far back as December. That’s when Charlotte wrestled the title from Banks in a grueling WWE Iron Man Match, sending The Boss into a minor tailspin while Bayley rose up as The Queen’s most prominent foe in the process.
Even though Charlotte fended Bayley off at the Royal Rumble, a recovered Banks provided her friend with a decisive assist on Raw to dethrone The Queen — and then another at WWE Fastlane, snapping Charlotte’s pay-per-view streak and all but assuring Bayley will walk into her first Showcase of the Immortals as Raw Women’s Champion.
Thanks to Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon coming down on Charlotte’s side that Sasha’s interference cost Flair the Fastlane match, The Queen was able to wheel and deal her way to the big dance. Banks joined the field at the end of an impromptu friendly against Bayley that booked her passage to Orlando, and Jax followed suit two weeks later by defeating Bayley in a non-title contest to earn her place in the match. The next week, a pre-Raw announcement complicated things further, transforming the bout into a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match and rendering Bayley's grip on her title in more danger than ever.
In a sense, perhaps it was always fated to be this way: The four most dominant figures of Raw’s Women’s division — the beloved champion, the dominant Queen, the rebounding Boss and the near-unstoppable Jax — finally clashing in an every-woman-for-herself battle. At the center of it all is Bayley, the dreamer who finally reached the mountaintop. But on April 2, streaming live at 7 ET/4 PT on WWE Network, we will see what happens when dreams and ambition collide.
United States Champion Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Owens
From best friends to bitter enemies, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens will unleash their anger against each other at WrestleMania, with Jericho’s U.S. Title on the line.
Both Superstars enter the championship grudge match fueled by rage, with recent acts of betrayal and retribution fresh in their minds.
Jericho spent months protecting The Prizefighter’s Universal Championship reign, only for Owens to torch their friendship on the Feb. 13 edition of Raw. Owens savagely smashed Jericho’s head through a TV monitor and powerbombed him onto the ring apron, resulting in a slew of injuries for Jericho.
The keeper of The List of Jericho then repaid KO’s cruelty at WWE Fastlane, distracting Owens and costing him the one possession that he cherished above all else, the Universal Title. Owens has since vowed to make Jericho suffer for his intrusion, promising to take the prestigious United States Championship in the process.
With that, the foundation is set for a malicious battle at The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania 33. Featuring a dangerous mix of bruised egos and bad intentions, it remains to be seen just how far the once-inseparable pals will go to get the last word.
Watch the fireworks when Jeri-KO implodes at WrestleMania, streaming live this Sunday, April 2, on the award-winning WWE Network at a special start time of 7 ET/4 PT
Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose vs. Baron Corbin
Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose’s indestructible nature will be put to the test at the hands of “The Lone Wolf” Baron Corbin at The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania 33.
The 6-foot-8 biker thug has already done a number on The Lunatic Fringe, whether it was Deep-Sixing him through an electrical board or injuring Ambrose’s ribs by crushing him underneath a forklift. However, the champion is resilient, as well as reckless and unpredictable, as evidenced by his response to the forklift attack: While being transported to a medical facility on the night of the incident, Ambrose reportedly jumped out of the moving vehicle and began trekking back to the arena on foot, in search of retribution. Two weeks later, he rode a forklift back into SmackDown LIVE to officially accept a WrestleMania showdown with Corbin.
Both Superstars are used to being the toughest guy in whatever town they roll into, the sort of stock Jim Croce wrote songs about, so it’s no surprise that they’ve run afoul of each other. The hostility only intensified as Ambrose and Corbin kept getting in each other’s way as they both pursued the WWE Championship.
The Lunatic Fringe’s attack mode is perpetual motion, but it remains to be seen whether his famously high threshold for pain will be enough to endure battle with Corbin. Perhaps the heavy-hitting Lone Wolf will be the Superstar to finally shut down the unbreakable champion.
It’s equally possible that Ambrose is most dangerous when he’s hurt and angry. Focused on survival and retaliation, his darkest instincts kick in, releasing whatever reins keep this freewheeling force tethered to decency on a day-to-day basis.
WrestleMania’s Intercontinental Championship Match will be a brawl. Watch The Ultimate Thrill Ride, WrestleMania 33, streaming live on the award-winning WWE Network Sunday, April 2, at a special start time of 7 ET/4 PT.
SmackDown Women’s Championship Match
SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is in for the title defense of her life this Sunday at WrestleMania.
WWE’s Wicked Witch will face Becky Lynch, Natalya, Mickie James, Carmella and, now, Naomi. The gigantic title bout came together after General Manager Daniel Bryan, in an effort to demonstrate that Team Blue is WWE’s true land of opportunity, ruled that any woman on the SmackDown LIVE roster who is available to compete would be eligible to vie for the division’s crown.
Naomi, who forfeited the SmackDown Women’s Title as a result of an injury, became the latest competitor added to the match when she returned by surprise on the March 28 edition of SmackDown LIVE. Now that she’s back in action and determined to regain the title, will Naomi make the rest of her opponents “feel the glow” this Sunday, in her hometown of Orlando?
Even though this probably isn’t the WrestleMania dance card she hoped for, the fiery champion won’t fall easily. Bliss’ hair-trigger temper would prompt a charging bull to change course, and with her back against the wall, it’s frightening to think what she could resort to as she stares down the challenge of almost the entire Women’s division.
Can Alexa Bliss make it out of Florida’s Orlando Citrus Bowl as the SmackDown Women’s Champion? Don’t miss the SmackDown Women’s Championship Match when it takes place this Sunday at The Ultimate Thrill Ride.
Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. Enzo Amore & Big Cass vs. Cesaro & Sheamus (Triple Threat Ladder Match)
If Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson want to retain their Raw Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 33, they’re going to have to do so by climbing a ladder and grabbing the titles as they hang high above the ring.
Following the chaotic events of Raw, which left Sheamus with 15 stitches on his brow, WrestleMania’s Triple Threat Match between the bruisers in black and their challengers, Enzo Amore & Big Cass and Cesaro & Sheamus, is now a Ladder Match, WWE.com has confirmed.
The showdown received the steely stipulation after the foreign object was brought into play by Gallows & Anderson and used amid the WrestleMania opponents’ fight for momentum Monday night. It was during the fray that The Celtic Warrior absorbed a heinous blast with the ladder, resulting in the need for medical assistance and 15 stitches.
Since The New Day’s record-breaking 483-day tag team title reign was broken by the unlikely Swiss-Irish connection at Roadblock: End of the Line, the championship has been hotly contested among all three teams involved in WrestleMania’s title clash. Gallows & Anderson won their very first WWE championship over the international pair of Cesaro & Sheamus on the Royal Rumble Kickoff, and although Enzo & Big Cass have yet to lay claim to the elusive title, they’ve swarmed the tag team prize like bees on honey.
With the addition of steel ladders to Sunday’s contest, the title bout is destined to be a hard-hitting fight. Who will walk out of Orlando the Raw Tag Team Champions? Don’t miss this high-stakes Raw Tag Team Championship Triple Threat Ladder Match at WrestleMania 33 this Sunday, April 2, at 7 ET/4 PT, streaming live on WWE Network.
2017 Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal (Kickoff Match)
The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal returns to WrestleMania for the fourth straight year on Sunday, April 2 during the second hour of the WrestleMania Kickoff, which can be seen live on WWE Network, USA Network, WWE.com and more platforms. A multitude of WWE Superstars from both Raw and SmackDown LIVE will collide to see who will claim the contest’s coveted trophy.
The annual Battle Royal was introduced at WrestleMania 30 in honor of the late WWE Hall of Famer, Andre the Giant. Since then, the over-the-top-rope extravaganza has become an opportunity for the winner to carve out his very own WrestleMania moment while catapulting his career to new heights.
In the match’s inaugural showing, Cesaro walked out the winner after bringing 75,000-plus WWE fans in New Orleans to their feet as he hoisted Big Show over the top rope for the victory. Since then, The World’s Largest Athlete has joined the winner’s circle along with Baron Corbin. Which Superstar will join this still very elusive group in Orlando?
The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal begins with all the participants in the squared circle at the same time, and competitors are eliminated once they are thrown over the top rope and both feet touch the ground. The last man remaining is the victor.
So far, the following Superstars have announced their entry into the annual brawl:
Sami Zayn
Braun Strowman
Goldust
R-Truth
Curtis Axel
Dolph Ziggler
Jey Uso
Jimmy Uso
Chad Gable
Jason Jordan
Primo
Epico
Bo Dallas
Jinder Mahal
Rhyno
Heath Slater
Apollo Crews
Mojo Rawley

Stay tuned to WWE.com to find out which Raw and SmackDown LIVE Superstars will add their name to the list of participants in this monumental match. WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville vs. Austin Aries (Kickoff Match)
At WrestleMania, Neville faces his most formidable challenge since declaring himself King of the Cruiserweights, as he defends the WWE Cruiserweight Championship against Austin Aries.
Since making his return at Roadblock: End of the Line, Neville has dominated the Cruiserweight division with a newfound aggression, capturing the championship at Royal Rumble and defeating all comers. Believing no one can compete at his level, Neville has welcomed any and all challengers to his throne.
However, one Superstar Neville did not expect to face was former WWE 205 Live color commentator Austin Aries. During an interview on the March 6 edition of Raw, Aries attacked the champion, later revealing that, with his injury healed, he was ready to bring the Cruiserweight division to the “A-Double” level. After defeating Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari in his first two matches back in action, Aries faced former Cruiserweight Champions TJ Perkins and The Brian Kendrick, as well as Akira Tozawa and Nese, in a Fatal 5-Way Elimination Match on WWE 205 Live to determine the No. 1 contender to the WWE Cruiserweight Championship.
Emerging victorious and punching his ticket to The Ultimate Thrill Ride, Aries has set his sights on dethroning The King of the Cruiserweights and claiming the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. To Neville, A-Double represents another competitor to be conquered in order for his reign of dominance to continue.
How will the next chapter of each Superstar’s comeback story be written? Will Neville’s reign go on, or will Aries bring a new level of competition to the Cruiserweights? The special, two-hour Kickoff begins at 5 ET/2 PT on the award-winning WWE Network. In addition to WWE Network, the Kickoff can also be seen on WWE.com, the WWE App, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+. The second hour of the Kickoff also airs live on USA Network.
